 BL 3 & BL 4 are great acupuncture points for frontal headaches, sinus issues (Rhinitis, sinusitis, allergies...), chronic nosebleed, dizziness and blurred vision.

- BL 3 (Eyebrow Ascension): Between BL 4 and midline (Du 24), and 0.5 cun above the anterior to the hairline.
- BL 4 (Deviating Turn): 1.5 cun lateral to the midline, and 0.5 cun above the anterior to the hairline.
- Open the nose, Clear the eyes.

ㄱ  금은화(金銀花) Honeysuckle : 기관지, 폐, 호흡기, 면역력 [본초] 인동과(忍冬科, Caprifoliaceae)에 속한 다년생 반상록목질등본(半常綠木質藤本)인 인동덩굴(Lonicera japonica Thunberg)의 꽃봉오리 또는 막 피기 시작한 꽃. 여름철 꽃이 피기 전에 채취하여 건조한 후 사용한다. 기원 인동(忍冬; Lonicera japonica Thunb.) 홍선인동(紅腺忍冬; Lonicera hypoglauca Mig.) 산은화(山銀花; Lonicera confusa DC.)의 꽃봉오 이명 인동화(忍冬花), 은화(銀花), 쌍화(雙花), 금화(金花), 이화(二花), 이보화(二寶花) 분포 인동은 우리나라 함경북도를 제외한 각지의 산야에서 자라며 특히 제주도가 유명하다. 홍선인동(紅腺忍冬)과 산은화(山銀花)는 중국 대부분의 지역에 분포한다. 성상 건조시킨 꽃봉오리는 약간 만곡한 긴 막대 모양으로, 길이는 약 2~3cm이며, 윗부분은 약간 굵고, 지름은 약 1.5~3mm이다. 외표는 황색이거나 황갈색으로, 짧고 부드러운 털과 선모(腺毛)로 뒤덮여 있다. 기부에는 녹색의 작은 받침이 있고 5부분으로 갈라지는데, 갈라진 조각은 삼각형으로서 털이 없다. 꽃봉오리를 열면 수술 5개와 암술 1개를 볼 수 있다. 화관은 입술 모양으로 암꽃술, 수술이 수염과 같이 자라서 나와 있다. 방향이 있다. 양품기준 꽃이 아직 피어 있지 않고, 황백색으로서 비대한 것이 양품이다. 중국 산동의 생산량이 가장 많고, 품질은 하남의 것이 비교적 좋다. 유사품 일부 지역에서는 동속식물인 모화주인동(毛花柱忍冬; L. dasystyla Reha.), 세포인동화(細包忍冬花; L. similis Hemsl.), 파동인동(巴東忍冬; L. henryi Hemsl.), 유엽인동(柳葉忍冬; L. lanceolata Wall.)의 꽃봉오리도 금은화(金銀花)로서 사용되고 있다. 채취가공 채집은 5월~6월에 맑은 날 새벽에 이슬이 막 말랐을 때 따서 서...
